EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global organization seeking an Office & Facility Manager to join its dynamic team in Amsterdam.

In this new position within the business, you will shape the vision of the office alongside your team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage desk planning, including the strategy, and mediate seating requests or conflicts
  • Facilitate desk set-ups, access credentials, and equipment
  • Oversee the coordination of meeting rooms for all events
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on office-related matters
  • Lead the Facilities and Office Management team
  • Create and drive the strategy for travel bookings
Skills/experience required:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in leading teams and managing complex vendor ecosystems
  • Strong project management, listening, and communication skills
  • Able to drive and implement long-term office and seating strategies
  • Visionary and pragmatic approach to space utilization
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
