Join a global manufacturing business as an R2R Sub-Process Owner!

Are you a seasoned record-to-report (R2R) professional ready to drive transformation and innovation in accounting and reporting processes? My client is seeking an R2R Process Owner to join their global team and following a wide-scale transformation programme, achieve best-in-class process maturity.

The R2R team provides exceptional value through collaborative, compliant, and digitalized accounting and reporting processes.

The business owns the R2R operating model, including process design and embedded internal controls, and continuously strives to enhance its processes.

The role can be based anywhere in Europe, with travel to their main SSCs in Poland and India.

As an R2R Sub-Process Owner, your role will include:

• Develop and execute a visionary process strategy
• Lead initiatives to design and implement operating models
• Maintain design documentation and training materials
• Manage continuous improvement and process deviations
• Lead and develop a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in R2R processes, including process design
• CPA/CIA or equivalent and/or Lean Sigma qualifications are advantageous
• Strong understanding of internal controls (US GAAP and SOX/ICOFR preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills
• 10-30% travel dependent on location
