In this role, you will work closely with the Deputy Site Director to define the department\'s direction and introduce strategic initiatives aimed at improving performance, while maintaining seamless communication with all operational departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate reporting of KPIs and relevant information to operations management and customers.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Complete the Group\'s reporting (IFRS), ensuring figures accuracy among different reporting systems and currencies
Supervise accounting-related activities
Budget preparation, objectives and ensuring proper monitoring in Power BI
Main point of contact for internal and external audits
Assisting management, and commercial team with cost breakdown and financial analysis
7-10+ years of practical experience, preferably in a logistics environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field
Strong analytical skills – the ability to think objectively and derive meaningful insights from quantitative data
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Effective communication and social skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Fluent in English and French

The skills required for the Pricing & Rebate Analyst are:
3+ years in an analytical role within a financial team
Fluency in both Dutch and English
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
