The key focus of the role is to define, develop and drive the integration roadmap for their global HR landscape. You will work closely with IT, HR service managers and local HR managers.

Responsibilities of Workday Integration Consultant:
Collaborate with technical architects to develop and drive integration solutions
Partner with HR and IT teams to build a roadmap for future Workday/Payroll Integrations
Design integration solutions to enable efficient data exchange between Workday and other systems
Provide guidance on integration best practices, tools and technologies
Serve as a primary point of contact for integration-related discussions
Experience required:
Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Computer Science
Professional working experience in web services development, implementation, and rollout
Integration middleware experience is a must
Experience with Visual Studio 2010, ASP. NET, C#, VB, Ajax, J-Script, and J-Query is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English

Responsibilities of HR Analyst:
Collecting data-related requirements and developing reports, dashboards and graphs using Workday and Power BI
Ensuring data quality is of a high standard
Analyse the story behind the data and translate this into meaningful visualisations
Present insight to to board to support their business decisions
Provide support and training to other employees on using reports and dashboards effectively
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
Experience required:
Proven experience in HR Analytics/Reporting role
Good knowledge of Power BI essential, PowerAutomate an advantage
Good command of Excel for reporting and analytical purposes
Working knowledge of HRIS such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Peoplesoft
Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders
Fluent in English

In this newly created Internal Auditor role, you\'ll directly report to the Head of Accounting and play a pivotal role internally and externally, specialising in Dutch GAAP and statutory reporting.
Your responsibilities as Internal Auditor will include, but are not limited to:
Review and verify accounting data prepared by the outsourced shared service centre
Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements under Dutch GAAP
Manage compliance including maintaining internal control documentation and updating new and existing controls as needed
Coordinate annual and quarterly corporate income tax and compliance
Support risk analysis and control design/ implementation
Act as business partner and subject matter expert on Dutch GAAP/audit/control matters
Stakeholder management working with colleagues and act as a key contact for external auditors
Driving process improvement initiatives to ensure best practice
Support ad hoc activities within the finance function
Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance and a recognized professional qualification RA, ACA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent)
An audit background in the Big 4 would be preferred
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English and ideally a professional level of Dutch
Experience working under Dutch GAAP and with ERP systems, ideally SAP
A keen eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility
