Lukas is a Recruitment Consultant in our Finance & Accounting recruitment team, working in close partnership with Director, John Bower in the Suisse Romande region.

Lukas joined EMEA with excitement to diversify his experience throughout recruitment to meet a variety of people in the Finance sector and develop his professional career.

He finds fulfilment in his role by connecting people to their dream jobs in companies that match their ambitions, values and developmental goals.

Lukas enjoys nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates throughout Switzerland and hosting a wide range of events in the Suisse Romande region for our extensive network.

He is also part of our ESG committee and has previously created a programme for strategy development across sustainability within industry.

Lukas’ Interests

Lukas is interested in hockey, cheese & wine, his pet dog (Arlo), travelling, and TV, films & media.

Hockey is Lukas’ main sporting interest, and he has played hockey since he was ten years old.

At age 16, Lukas was the youngest person on his team and was coached by an ex-England professional while playing against those aged 18-40+.

He has since played against top universities and represented England.

In his spare time, Lukas is also learning French to help him develop a deeper connection with those in Suisse Romande.
