This is a full-time position that offers hybrid working flexibility of two days per week in the office in Zurich.
As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of HR tasks and ensuring that HR related processes run smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Take part in HR projects that improve the efficiency of current HR processes
Handling the entire personnel administration from entry through to exit
Support various areas of the business in hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
Answer HR related employee inquiries via ticket tracking system
Candidate Requirements:
Strong working understanding of MS Office
Good knowledge of Swiss Labour legislation
German and Italian language proficiency is essential

Due to the urgency of the role, we are ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time position that offers hybrid working flexibility.
As the People & Culture Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate Payroll advice and support, managing the HR administration processes, and maintaining the HRIS.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of Payroll accounts to financial statements
Coordination with the external vendor - assisting with any Payroll queries and liaising directly with the vendor
Work with external vendors to produce compliant year-end statements
Maintain and update the HRIS and other HR-related databases
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Assist with employee compensation-related activities
Processing of employee enquiries and requests related to Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Taxes
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience working in an HR and Payroll focused role - strong with onboarding and Payroll processes
Sound working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
Excellent knowledge of Swiss Labour Law
Fluent English and German (essential) - other languages are a plus
Technically strong with IT systems
