We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Logistics Specialist to join our client\'s team in Basel.
As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products.
The successful candidate will be Fluent in English & German.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process, from procurement to distribution
Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of products without overstocking
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to logistics and supply chain
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years\' experience in the logistics industry
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in logistics software and tools
Fluency in English & German is essential
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
