Sasha is an Associate Director in our Procurement & Supply Chain recruitment division in Switzerland and has previous experience in people-facing and interactive roles.

She joined EMEA Recruitment in November 2020 and was quickly promoted three times due to her personable approach and skilled ability to understand both candidate and client motives and pain points.

As a result, and due to her skills in placing operations jobs and procurement jobs in Switzerland, Sasha is the first member of our recruitment team to progress from Associate Consultant to Associate Director at EMEA Recruitment.

She revels in making a positive difference in people’s lives and finding them a tailored career in a company that shares the same values.

Sasha also enjoys building relationships across the Procurement & Supply Chain function, learning about different business cultures, and hearing about candidates’ personal and professional lives.

My client, a global FMCG business based in Zug, is seeking a Procurement Director -  Ingredients and Packaging to develop and execute their sourcing strategy in their newly established European hub.

As Procurement Director - Ingredients and Packaging, you will be responsible for defining the global sourcing strategy for the ingredients and packaging categories whilst proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with international sourcing.

You will lead negotiations with global suppliers to optimise pricing and ensure the quality of the final product. You will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the end-to-end supply chain for the categories, and implement efficiency improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
