Tyrone joined EMEA Recruitment as a Consultant in July 2025 to support our global teams with high-volume hiring projects across our core specialisms.

His background in international recruitment and account management is rooted in his interest in working with people. Tryone has a strong understanding of multicultural markets after supporting businesses around the world, including in Bermuda, the Caribbean, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Africa.

Working on the international stage, Tyrone has utilized his skills in building long-term relationships with both employers and job seekers. He is fascinated by hearing people’s career stories and backgrounds, which has given him good insights into different markets and an appreciation for other cultures.

Tyrone is particularly proud of the small role he plays in securing a candidate’s dream job or supporting someone through an international move, as well as making long-term matches for organizations.

Tyrone's Interests

Tyrone spends most of his free time outdoors with his young family. His three children keep him busy with lots of sports, travel, and nature – he spends his weekends kicking a ball around the yard and enjoying campfires in the bush.

Tyrone’s biggest passion is sport. He has played cricket since his childhood (but watches it more than plays it in recent years), and enjoys swimming and rugby.
