With five years of experience in the recruitment sector, she is an expert in executive search and identifying Finance profiles with a niche skillset.

Gemma adds value with her experience in managing 360 recruitment processes, alongside her strong research and headhunting skills.

Gemma gains insight into each business and clarity on expectations for all positions. She has a genuine care for the candidate’s journey and uses an open and transparent approach to source the right opportunity with the right business.
