As Founder and Co-Owner, Paul set up EMEA Recruitment in 2007, with a focus on the Dutch marketplace. This swiftly developed and the company now has offices in Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK. Paul remains hands-on in the business, helping professionals to manage their careers by listening to what they want to achieve, identifying areas of learning and development, and also helping multi-national organisations to recruit the strongest and most relevant talent for their business.
Paul’s truly entrepreneurial spirit means that, although the heart and soul of the business remains, he implements new ideas and initiatives on a regular basis, keeping EMEA Recruitment current and in tune with the markets in which we recruit. With an emphasis on continuous learning and development, Paul regularly reads life coaching books and is also learning guitar. He is also a die hard Liverpool F.C fan and enjoys spending time trying to keep up with his young son!
