My client is an exciting global leading FMCG organisation seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager - Rapid Response.
The company is implementing a new platform/technology system to enhance its planning abilities across the entire Supply Chain function.
As the Senior Supply Planning Manager - Rapid Response, you will be accountable for developing, implementing, and enforcing global supply planning processes and tools to support in fulfilling all inventory, cost and service KPIs.
My client is transforming its planning capabilities across all our markets with the OnePlan program (utilising the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform).
The position will be based in Zug, Switzerland.
The required skills & competencies to succeed in this role include:
Design, develop and deploy Supply Planning standards, processes, policies, and tools in line with industry best practices
Implement Kinaxis Rapid Response across the Group in line with the OnePlan programme implementation timeline
Lead the functional selection process and later implement the future chosen Detailed Scheduling tool
Develop and deploy sustainable supply planning capability and training programs to ensure consistency of knowledge, practices, and level of understanding across the whole planning community
Experience & Skills Sought:
Proven Advanced Planning System (APS) implementation or usage experience for supply planning
Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects on time while managing internal and external stakeholders
Experience of Operational Planning in SAP APO, Kinaxis Rapid Response or other APS tools, ideally within a FMCG company
Experienced change agent and communicator: Proven ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organisation and an ability to build strong, constructive relationships and positively influence a diverse group of stakeholders
Travel requirement: 5-10% to Group-wide locations (Europe, Asia)
