We are searching for a Business Financial Analyst to join our client and provide financial support to a country or group of countries while reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Finance Manager.
Your main responsibility will be to support profitable growth within the region and be a strong Finance voice while interacting with sales teams of countries in scope.
As the Business Finance Analyst, you will also enable country sales and marketing teams to focus on the commercial strategy & sales through the excellent execution of support in the channel programs area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budgeting/Outlooking & Forecasting
Help in the monthly and quarterly forecast and Outlook process for the countries in scope, including reviewing the funnel with sales representatives and supporting the HW Forecast process
Review and consolidate monthly HW Outlook highlighting Risk & Ops for the countries in scope for both MPS and Traditional business
Provide support in managing and controlling the overall budget & expenses for the region
Reporting & Analysis
Provide needed Business reporting to support the entire organization of countries in scope
Provide inputs to the GBS/reporting team on any region/country-specific reporting requirements
Responsibility for any internal queries throughout the month
Track and analyze Sell Out performance on both HW and supplies
Understand and be able to explain MPS 606 accounting complexities by account by interacting with the Revenue Accounting Team, highlighting potential errors and tracking resolution.
Analyze profitability by account for both MPS and traditional business
Channel Programs Support:
Creation and monitoring partner target files per quarter
Creation of partner target incentive letters
Creation MDF budgets and Fund Allocations based on quarterly targets
Calculation of partner payouts based on business results
VIR Benefit and claim creation for hardware and supplies
Supplies VAB Scorecards
Pricelist benefits and quotes BSD Gold (Level 1) and BSD Diamond
University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience as a Finance Analyst
Audit, Planning or Accounting experience mandatory
Strong in English (written and oral); any additional European language is a plus
US GAAP experience mandatory

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus, especially within a matrix environment
Proven ability in financial analysis
A team player, able to work with contacts and colleagues at all levels
Personal drive and the ability to be a self-starter
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
Flexible, resilient under pressure and decisive, with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines
Strong Excel skills and other Microsoft software; SAP knowledge is a plus
