EMEA Recruitment is working with an international retail business as it looks to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to cover maternity leave at their distribution centre in Heijen.
The role will be for 6-9 months and will work as part of a HR team supporting the entire employee lifecycle.
This position would suit someone at an early stage in their HR career looking to further develop their experience.
Responsibilities of HR Administrator:
First point of contact for supply chain team members for HR queries
Effective administration of the employee lifecycle
Assisting with payroll preparation
Ensure the HR database is kept updated
Prepare HR documents such as contracts
Involvement in HR projects
Experience required:
Basic level of HR knowledge and experience
Strong administrative skills
Great team player
Eager to learn
Fluent in Dutch

For one of our well-established manufacturing clients based in Limburg, we are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to support all transfer pricing and corporate tax matters on a global scale. Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for a Big 4 professional to step into industry and take on more responsibility. This position will suit someone proactive, self-driven, with good social skills, and a strong technical mindset. Hybrid working is available for this position. The main duties of the Transfer Pricing Manager are:
Implement new transfer pricing models and manage transfer pricing policies
Support and supervise the operational transfer pricing team
Execute Transfer Pricing compliance across EMEA and APAC regions
Manage transfer pricing documentation and monitor transfer pricing activity
The skills/experience required for the Transfer Pricing Manager role:
Hold a Tax or Economics degree
2 to 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing (ideally in the Big 4)
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Strong stakeholder management
