In this Procurement Project Manager role, you will:
Lead and execute projects aimed at enhancing Procurement performance, from market analysis through to implementation
Use your expertise in Transportation and Logistics sourcing to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and achieve savings
Apply analytical thinking to evaluate supplier markets, assess risk, and develop sourcing strategies
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to secure alignment on project goals and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by challenging existing processes and introducing best-in-class Procurement practices
Your profile:
Solid background in Procurement Project Management, ideally with experience in Logistics categories
Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence diverse stakeholders, and work effectively in international, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
A collaborative mindset, combined with the drive to deliver results independently

Key responsibilities of the Procurement Excellence Project Manager include:
Designing and leading frameworks and roadmaps for functional partnering within Procurement
Taking ownership of Group Procurement projects, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and timely value delivery
Tracking progress rigorously, identifying root causes of delays or risks, and proactively implementing corrective measures
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across leadership teams and supporting functions
Acting as a liaison between Group Procurement and executive teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication
Developing Procurement capabilities through coaching, process optimization, and contribution to evolving procurement policies and manuals
