EMEA Recruitment is working with an energy company that is looking to strengthen its Finance team and enhance the quality of its Accounting processes by hiring a Financial Accountant who thrives on unraveling complex systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing a dynamic Accounting function across the Benelux region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize their financial operations and provide essential support to the business at all levels.
Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
Participate in the monthly Accounting close and reporting processes
Perform internal control procedures in line with the business\' internal control framework
Support both internal and external audit queries
Drive and assist in Finance-related improvement projects across departments
Your profile:
2-4 years of relevant experience in an international setting
A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Accounting or Control
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

As Global Customer Business Leader, you\'ll oversee the development and servicing of international key accounts to support local markets in delivering business sales objectives.
You will lead international negotiations of all aspects of customer relationships and international services across Europe. You will also resolve conflicts arising between customers and the company\'s market teams.
This role is based in Zug, Switzerland, and offers hybrid work.
Responsibilities of the Global Customer Business Leader:
Develop and execute negotiation strategies for agreements with international clients, collective buying groups, and organizations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Directly lead the customer negotiation strategy with multiple in-market sales teams to achieve pre-aligned business and sales objectives
Maintain and develop relationships with international customers to ensure satisfaction and profitable growth.
Analyze sales, financial data, and market/category trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with senior management to inform on progress and keep alignment to negotiation strategies
Candidate Requirements for Global Customer Business Leader:
7-8 years of experience in sales, working with key international customers
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in business, international relations, or related field
Strong negotiation competencies with an ability to adapt to different negotiation styles and scenarios
Understanding of international regulations and compliance requirements
