Bradley is a Recruitment Consultant in our Finance & Accountancy recruitment team in the Netherlands. He joined EMEA Recruitment in January 2023.

With a focus on a multitude of Finance & Accountancy roles, Bradley sources and headhunts candidates for our international clients, using his exceptional search skills.  

He enjoys working with a diverse range of people, engaging with candidates on a personal level and learning about their backgrounds. Originally studying Psychology, understanding people is something he thoroughly enjoys.

He is part of our ESG team, actively taking part in a range of fundraising activities and promoting positive wellbeing. As Bradley is a registered blood donor, he also leads our blood donation efforts.

Bradley’s Interests

Bradley’s main interest is ice hockey. Although he has only started playing recently, he has been following ice hockey for a number of years, watching home games in person and the NHL, with aspirations to become a season ticket holder.

His other interests include football, travel, TV and film, and puzzles and trivia.

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an international oil and gas business in its search for a Cost Analyst, based in the Amsterdam area.

The Cost Analyst will be the link between SAP and the operational team, bringing insight into the various business segments of the company.


For the successful Cost Analyst, there will be a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a chance to grow into roles such as Financial Controller or Purchaser.

Your responsibilities as the Cost Analyst:

  • Code and categorise purchase requests in SAP
  • Review and prepare service entry sheets (SES) for operational team approval
  • Collaborate with financial controlling, operations, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) for cohesive financial operations
  • Facilitate seamless integration of system value chains across all business units and countries
  • Contribute to refining and improving financial processes in a multi-national business environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Skilled in SAP, emphasising cost controlling and procurement
  • Background in Finance or a related field, capable of comprehending diverse business operations
  • English fluency is required;
  • Effective communication skills, adept at liaising with various teams

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with an international pharmaceuticals company based in the Amsterdam region, in the search for a Senior Accountant.

The Senior Accountant will be taking on a variety of responsibilities, including reporting in line with US GAAP, and working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will receive a generous salary package that includes a bonus, stock options, a personal budget and flexible hybrid working.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
  • Complete monthly closing process for various affiliates
  • Prepare and post GL journal entries
  • Support with year-end statutory closing and support with audit process
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Involvement in special project and ad-hoc reporting
Experience required:
  • 3-5 years\' relevant Accounting experience
  • Bachelor of Accounting or similar
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience using SAP (preferable)
  • Fluent in English, other European languages advantageous
