This HR Generalist role is ideal for a qualified HR professional with a strong background in supporting all administrative aspects of the HR lifecycle and experience in an international working environment.


This role would be ideal for someone who is enthusiastic to support with operational and HR advisory work.

Responsibilities of HR Generalist:
  • Support the HR Business Partner across employee lifecycle, such as on and off boarding, performance management, contract management, absenteeism, and recruitment 
  • Advises (international) managers and colleagues on HR-related topics
  • Assists with the implementation of (international) group guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Support employees in the use of HR-related software such as Workday and AFAS
  • You advise, implement, and support managers and employees in complying with and drafting HR procedures and processes
  • Drafting/sending HR communications and newsletters
  • Prepares reports, provides data for the international HR organization, and keeps this data up to date
Experience required:
  • BSc in HR, Personnel Management or relevant field
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • 3+ years' proven experience within HRM – Operational  
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, and outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Experienced working in an international working environment
  • Able to work in a team and independently, someone who can hit the ground running
  • Happy to travel to other locations in the Netherlands

In this key leadership position, the Senior HRBP will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to translate business needs and strategies while also supporting the Business Operations department.
