While managing a local team, as well as a shared service centre, this is a significant role within the Group Accounting and Reporting team that will allow you to lead and develop the streamlining of Accounting processes in Switzerland.

Duties of the Head of Finance include:

• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in accordance to Swiss GAAP FER
• Preparation of annual statutory financial statements
• Liaising with HQ for forecasting and budgeting processes 
• Monitoring and developing processes within the shared service centre

The ideal candidate:

• Swiss CPA or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Reporting and Controlling
• Proficiency in IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
• Strong communication and social skills in an international environment
• Fluent English - German language skills are advantageous
