Rebecca is an Associate Director in our Procurement & Supply Chain recruitment team in Switzerland.

She joined EMEA Recruitment in August 2023 with over 15 years of recruitment experience across a variety of commercial disciplines. She also possesses two years of hands-on experience within Procurement & Supply Chain in a leading construction company.

Rebecca has a passion for building lasting relationships, ensuring to listen to the needs of candidates and clients to find long-term solutions. Using a people-first approach, Rebecca enjoys getting to know people and what makes them tick; this allows her to identify the right fit for both the organisation and the candidate, and champion the right fit.

Rebecca’s main interest is spending time with her Labrador, Pearl. Pearl became Rebecca’s sidekick during lockdown and was named after the ship in the film Pirates of the Caribbean.

She is also interested in cooking and has been growing her own fruits and vegetables.

Her other interests include pub quizzing, travelling in her campervan (named Colin), and history, particularly the Tudor and Viking eras.

As the S&OP Demand Manager, you will make strategic and tactical decisions to balance demand and supply, coordinate volume and mix with capacity and capability, and harmonise financial and operational plans with strategic goals to achieve key business priorities.

Responsibilities of the S&OP Demand Manager:

  • Lead S&OP meetings to align demand forecasts with production
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for accurate forecasts

  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

The successful candidate will be fluent in German and have Health & Safety experience from the chemical or pharmaceutical production industries.

Your key responsibilities as the HSE Specialist:
  • Lead operational safety and health initiatives, collaborating closely with the HSES Manager
  • Identify and address unsafe conditions or work practices through risk assessments and corrective actions
  • Champion safety leadership and culture among managers and employees
