This is a newly created role based in the newly established Center of Excellence for HR Strategy & Transformation.

The HR Portfolio Manager will be responsible for collecting, tracking and supporting the initiation and steering of HR projects to make the HR organisation more effective and impactful in the future.

Responsibilities of HR Portfolio Manager:
  • Collect and maintain the portfolio of projects and improvement initiatives within the HR organisation
