This is a key role supporting financial operations across Central Europe, including Switzerland and Germany, ensuring US GAAP compliance, statutory reporting, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting & Reporting Accountant:
Ensure accurate monthly accounting and internal reporting under US GAAP, as well as annual statutory reporting under local GAAP
Coordinate and manage statutory audits, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors and service providers
Maintain and reconcile US GAAP to local GAAP differences, ensuring full documentation and compliance
Support direct tax filings and contribute to corporate tax audits across several Central European entities

Candidate requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–7 years of Accounting experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAPs in the EMEA region
Proficiency in SAP, BlackLine, Power BI, or similar financial systems and tools
Fluent English communication skills; other European languages are an advantage
Strong analytical mindset, time management skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach

Responsibilities of the EMEA Payroll Specialist:
Prepare and validate Payroll data for processing with third-party Payroll vendors, ensuring compliance and timeliness across multiple EMEA countries
Investigate and resolve Payroll discrepancies in partnership with HR Shared Services, ensuring a positive employee experience
Execute audits, validations, and off-cycle payments while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
Lead or support Payroll-related vendor transitions, process improvements, and implementation initiatives
Ensure full compliance with internal controls, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements across the region
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–5 years of Payroll experience in a shared service or multinational environment
Strong working knowledge of third-party Payroll systems (e.g. SAP, ADP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite)
Demonstrated experience managing multi-country Payrolls and working with diverse regulations and reporting obligations
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one additional European language
