Keely is the Manager of our Human Resources recruitment team in Switzerland. She joined EMEA Recruitment in November 2021, following a career working directly with HR professionals from a technical systems aspect.

Using a proactive approach, Keely actively listens to her candidates and clients to understand their requirements, which is credited in her LinkedIn testimonials. She always follows up and checks in to address any needs or concerns.

As the Culture and Effectiveness Lead (CoE), you will be part of the Centre of Excellence and play a pivotal role in driving cultural change, leading on organisation capability topics. You will lead the change management initiatives for a cultural transformation projects.   You will conduct benchmarking activities across various locations to foster positive impacts on all employee demographics, both locally in Switzerland and throughout Europe.

Responsibilities of the Culture and Effectiveness Lead (CoE) include:
  • Championing and executing culture change initiatives across the region
  • Evaluate the current organisational structure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct organisational assessments to understand workflows, reporting lines, and team dynamics.
  • Offering guidance and support on equality and diversity matters, while fostering inclusivity in the workplace
  • Managing complex projects related to organisation capabilities  to enhance the organisation and HR
  • Advocating for the needs of diverse employee populations and driving organisational change
  • Developing and implementing reporting systems to enhance collaboration
  • Crafting toolkits for managers and employees, conducting workshops, and delivering presentations on various campaigns and topics
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven expertise in talent management, culture transformation, and DE&I within the HR domain
  • Strong change management experience
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders on sensitive subjects and build trust across the employee workforce
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively, both hands-on and strategically
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Availability for monthly travel to different site locations

EMEA Recruitment is excited to partner exclusively with a customer-focused services company in Zurich as they expand their HR team.

 As an HR Controller, reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial activities related to HR. Your insights and expertise will ensure the HR function aligns seamlessly with the company\'s strategic objectives.

This newly created position is perfect for someone who is both analytical and creative, particularly when it comes to numbers and optimising payroll processes. If you\'re passionate about driving financial efficiency and contributing to business success, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of HR controlling functions for a workforce of around 450 employees
  • Assist in the monthly payroll process by conducting analyses of various control reports and inquiries, along with periodic salary structure reviews
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual personnel cost budget and quarterly financial forecasts
  • Provide support to local Shared Service Centers with respect to international reporting, control evaluations, and queries
  • Drive the continuous improvement of internal HR processes
  • Assist with the annual bonus and salary review processes and prepare declarations for social insurance offices

Candidate requirements: 
  • Fluent in German and English; having good conversational skills in French is advantageous
  • Background in Human Resources, Finance, or Controlling
  • Several years experience in controlling, with a preference for HR-related roles
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to quickly understand and apply new ideas
  • Have a passion for working with numbers, data, and statistics, and can prepare, interpret, and present them accurately and effectively
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Workday is a plus
