You will be responsible for establishing great working relationships with employees and their managers, implementing policies and procedures to help the organisation meet business outcomes.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the HR delivery and partnering with stakeholders to deliver solid performance and talent management processes.

This position offers high level responsibility and engagement across the business and a chance to make a real difference.

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

  • Overall responsibility and implementation of all core HR processes, projects including employment legislation
  • Manage full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, development, coaching and feedback sessions
  • Implement an effective talent programme to develop and retain employees and encourage skills transfer, as well as coaching and developing leadership teams
  • Build an inclusive and diverse workplace for employees to succeed

The ideal HR Business Partner candidate will have:

Based in France, Spain or Italy, you will report into the HR Business Analyst and be responsible for the effective management, administration, and optimization of the organisation\'s Learning Management System.

Responsibilities of the Global LMS Administrator:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System, including user access, course setup, content uploads, and troubleshooting technical issues
